Eastman Kodak (EK) Higher On Spate of Insider Buying
Eastman Kodak Co. (NYSE: EK) is higher today as investors appear to be focusing on an a recent spate of insider purchases.
After the close, CEO Antonio Perez disclosed the purchase of 26,667 shares on 5/13 at $3.00. In addition, SVP Antoinette McCorvey bought 9,865 shares on the same day, at the same price.
With pending litigation with Apple (Nasdaq: AAPL) and others, investors are viewing these purchase and other recent insider purchases as a positive sign.
Shares of Eastman Kodak are up 10.6% to $3.45 in early action Wednesday.
