Goldman Sachs removed Alexion Pharmaceuticals (NASDAQ: ALXN) from its Conviction Buy List, but is keeping a Buy rating and its $112 price target.
The company was replaced on the list with MAKO Surgical (Nasdaq: MAKO), which has greater upside.
Goldman continues to view Alexion as a core holding and remain bullish on the stock as Soliris offers long term sustainable growth and the firm sees solid execution on Soliris and acquisition strategy.
