Goldman Sachs (GS) Revamps Investment Banking Management

Bloomberg reports that Goldman Sachs (NYSE: GS) named London-based Richard J. Gnodde co-head of investment banking alongside David M. Solomon and John S. Weinberg. Gnodde will continue to serve alongside Michael S. Sherwoodas as co-chief executive officer of Goldman Sachs International.
Since the information hasn't officially been released Bloomberg didn't announce its source, but notes that the person is very familiar with the matter.
Gordon E. Dyal will become co-chairman of investment banking with Christopher A. Cole, while Yoel Zaoui and Gene T. Sykes will be assuming the role that Dyal is leaving and are becoming joint global heads of mergers and acquisitions.
Andrea Rachman, a spokeswoman for the New York-based firm, declined to comment on the news.
