Wedbush maintains a 'Neutral' on InfoSpace (NASDAQ: INSP), PT $10.
Wedbush analyst says, "InfoSpace’s shares have been weak over concerns that changes to Google’s (Nasdaq: GOOG) new Client Application Guidelines could negatively impact revenue and profitability. Concerns arose due to comments made by Vertro, a small public company that provides Internet search services via toolbars, apps, and portals, on its 1Q11 results conference call after the market close on May 12. The company indicated that Google’s new Client Application Guidelines could negatively impact revenue and profitability. We believe these changes are focused on limiting the number of ads integrated into the toolbars, apps, and portals and are targeted towards toolbars, apps, and portals deemed to have an excessive number of ads. We believe these changes are not related to quality of traffic issues."
