Citigroup Inc. (NYSE: C) today declared a quarterly dividend on the company’s common stock of $0.01 per share, $0.04 annualized.
The dividend is payable on Friday, June 17, 2011 to stockholders of record on Friday, May 27, 2011, with an ex-dividend date of May 25, 2011.
Yield on the dividend is 0.1 percent.
On March 21, 2011, Citi announced that it intended to reinstate a quarterly dividend of $0.01 per common share in the second quarter of 2011, following the effective date of the 1-for-10 reverse stock split of Citigroup common stock, which occurred at 4:10 p.m. on Friday, May 6, 2011.
The dividend is payable on Friday, June 17, 2011 to stockholders of record on Friday, May 27, 2011, with an ex-dividend date of May 25, 2011.
Yield on the dividend is 0.1 percent.
