Packaging Corp (PKG) Declares $0.20 Quarterly Dividend; 2.7% Yield

Packaging Corporation of America (NYSE: PKG) has approved a regular quarterly dividend of $0.20 per share on its common stock, $0.80 annualized.

The dividend will be paid to shareholders of record as of June 15, 2011 with a payment date of July 15, 2011, with an ex-dividend date of July 13, 2011.

Yield on the dividend is 2.7 percent.
