Dahlman Rose reiterates a 'Buy' on Molycorp (NYSE: MCP), PT $125.
Dahlman analyst says, "We are adjusting our full-year 2011 and 2012 EPS estimates to $1.35 and $6.00 from $2.00 and $6.20, respectively, in order to incorporate management's most recent guidance. We are also initiating a 2Q11 EPS estimate of $0.35. Our thesis remains the same. We believe Molycorp is ideally positioned in the space, and as Phoenix rises in 2012, MCP will have tremendous earnings power."
