Brightpoint, Inc. (Nasdaq: CELL) announced that Vincent Donargo, who has served as Brightpoint's Chief Accounting Officer and Controller since 2005, has been appointed by the Company's Board of Directors to serve as Brightpoint's Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer.
Prior to joining Brightpoint in 2005, Mr. Donargo was employed in various financial positions with Aearo Company, a safety products manufacturing company and National Starch and Chemical Company, a specialty chemical manufacturing subsidiary of ICI Americas, Inc.
