FBR Capital reiterates an 'Outperform' on Rosetta Resources (NASDAQ: ROSE), raises PT from $55 to $65.

FBR analyst says, "Despite the lack of a very important link to the puzzle (IP rates), we remain fans of the prospectivity of the Alberta Bakken acreage, and we believe that at current stock price levels, investors are paying very little for the Southern Alberta Bakken potential. Meanwhile, Eagle Ford drilling success continues to materialize."
