Benchmark is reiterating its Hold rating on shares of Blue Nile (NASDAQ: NILE) as it lowers its price target from $44 to $40.
The company reported its Q1 results roughly inline with expectations as revenue reached $80 million and EPS of $0.16. The firm notes that a 2% y/y decline in Adjusted EBITDA was due to higher shipping costs, increased internal investment and rising diamond prices along with a difficult comparison.

guidance, but stated that revenue was still expected to grow in a double-digit
range.
The firm is lowering its FY11 EPS estimate from $1.10 to $1.00and its FY12 estimate from $1.20 to $1.12.
