White River Capital, Inc. (AMEX: RVR) announced today that its Board of Directors has declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.25 per share, $1.00 annualized.
The dividend is to be paid May 31, 2011 to shareholders of record on May 16, 2011, with an ex-dividend date of May 12, 2011.
Yield on the dividend is 5.5 percent.
