Sauer-Danfoss Inc. (NYSE: SHS) 14.3% HIGHER; reported Q1 EPS of $1.46, versus $0.43 last year. Revenue for the quarter came in at $564.7 million, versus $386.77 million last year. Sauer-Danfoss Inc. sees FY2011 EPS of $3.50-$4.50. Sauer-Danfoss Inc. sees Annual sales increasing 20 to 30 percent from 2010 levels (previously 10 to 20 percent).
Pericom Semiconductor Corp. (NASDAQ: PSEM) 14.2% HIGHER; reported Q3 EPS of $0.10, $0.02 better than the analyst estimate of $0.08. Revenue for the quarter came in at $39.6 million versus the consensus estimate of $39.48 million. Crude Carriers Corp. (NYSE: CRU) 12.4% HIGHER; announced today that it entered into a definitive agreement to merge with Capital Product Partners L.P. Under the terms of the merger agreement, CPLP would acquire Crude Carriers in a unit-for-share transaction with Crude Carriers shareholders receiving 1.56 CPLP common units for each Crude Carriers share.
Global Industries Ltd. (NASDAQ: GLBL) 11.9% LOWER; reported Q1 loss of ($0.30), $0.28 worse than the analyst estimate of ($0.02). Revenue for the quarter came in at $70 million versus the consensus estimate of $123.52 million.
Renren (Nasdaq: RENN) 11.6% LOWER; traders are taking profits in yesterday's hot IPO. The stock priced at $14, the high end of its range, and opened for trade around $19.80.
