Chesapeake Utilities (CPK) Increases Qtr. Dividend 4.5% to $0.345; Yields 3.4%

Chesapeake Utilities Corporation (NYSE: CPK) declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.345 per share, $1.38 annualized. The dividend is a 4.5 percent increase from the current rate of $0.33.

The dividend will be paid July 5, 2011 to all shareholders of record at the close of business on June 15, 2011, with an ex-dividend date of June 13, 2011.

Yield on the dividend is 3.4 percent.
