Avon (AVP) Shares Sink as WSJ Says Probe Uncovered Questionable Payment Practices Outside of China

Shares of Avon Products (NYSE: AVP) have dipped into negative territory just ahead of the close following headlines from the WSJ which suggest a recent probe uncovered questionable payment activities outside of China.

After trading in positive territory for most of Wednesday's session, Avon shares are now down 1.3 percent to $30.51.
