Barclays reiterates an 'Equalweight' on Wisconsin Energy (NYSE: WEC), raises PT from $31 to $33.

Barclays analyst says, "WEC reported Q1 '11 operating EPS of $0.72 v. our $0.67E and consensus of $0.66...WEC affirmed full-year EPS guidance of $2.05 - $2.10: We are maintaining our '11/'12E of $2.09/$2.27, respectively. The Company also indicated it will reassess its dividend policy, and opportunities for debt reduction and/or share repurchases mid-year, given its strong projected free cash flow position."
