Jefferies is reiterating its Buy rating on shares Hain Celestial (NASDAQ: HAIN) and is raising its price target from $33 to $39.

The company's sales grew 30% Y/Y in Q3 as organic growth was up 15% and consumption growth was 6%.

The firm reports, "HAIN has done a very nice job of using productivity gains to help offset rising inflation, evident in 3Q and likely to be a lever going forward. The margin improvement looks even better in light of the 80 bps of input cost headwinds in 3Q. Favorable positioning on certain items and pricing actions taken in 2Q will be helpful in 4Q as well. Rising inputs look to be potentially more of an issue in FY12, although HAIN's recent price increase should provide some offset."

Jefferies is raising its FY11 and FY12 EPS estimates from $1.30 and $1.47 to $1.32 and $1.51.
