National American University Holdings, Inc. (Nasdaq: NAUH) has declared a cash dividend in the amount of $0.03 per share, $0.12 annualized.

The dividend is payable July 8, 2011, to shareholders of record as of the close of business on June 30, 2011, with an ex-dividend date of June 28, 2011.

Yield on the dividend is 1.6 percent.
