Pulse Electronics Corp. (NYSE: PULS) reported Q1 EPS of $0.01, $0.05 better than the analyst estimate of ($0.04). Revenue for the quarter came in at $88 million versus the consensus estimate of $90.37 million.

Sees Q2 2011 revenue of $91-$96 million, versus the consensus of $105.20 million.

The Company’s board of directors declared a quarterly dividend of $0.025 per common share, payable on July 22, 2011 to shareholders of record on July 8, 2011, with an ex-dividend date of July 6, 2011.

Yield on the dividend is 1.7 percent.
