DCT Industrial Trust Inc. (NYSE: DCT) reported Q1 FFO of $0.09, in-line with the analyst estimate of $0.09. Revenue for the quarter came in at $63.35 million versus the consensus estimate of $59.72 million.
Increases FY2011 FFO from $0.33 - $0.38 to $0.34-$0.38, versus the consensus of $0.36.
