FBR Capital reiterates an 'Outperform' on Key Energy Services (NYSE: KEG), PT increased from $18 to $25.

FBR analyst says, "In our view, Key Energy is building momentum on the heels of a very solid first quarter with continued exposure to a positive macroeconomic environment and a meaningful effort to grow certain key businesses, such as its intervention services and international segments."

"We are raising our EPS estimates for both FY 2011 and FY 2012 to incorporate management's revised guidance and account for our increasingly optimistic outlook on Key's earnings power in this market. Our 2011 EPS estimate is now 0.80, up from $0.70, and our 2012 EPS estimate is $1.25, up from $1.05."
