Deutsche Bank downgraded Fresenius Medical Care (NYSE: FMS) from Buy to Hold. PT increased from E51 to E56.

Deutsche analyst says, "We continue to like the investment case, industry prospects and management's strategy execution. We still expect good fundamental newsflow, e.g. a company guidance upgrade, accelerating earnings momentum, rising consensus estimates. However, given the 36% ytd USD share price performance, we now see the great prospects as adequately reflected in the share price. At 19x 2012E P/E, the stock trades at the upper end of its historic range, leaving only slim upside potential."
