April 28, 2011 2:48 PM EDT
The FDA has announced approval of J&J's (NYSE: JNJ) abiraterone acetate for prostate cancer Thursday afternoon. The product will be sold under the name Zytiga.

Traders are attributing a recent move lower in shares of Dendreon (Nasdaq: DNDN) to the Johnson & Johnson approval.
