DuPont (NYSE: DD) announces a $2 billion buyback program. The company said the buyback won't begin until the remaining $500 million left from a prior buyback are repurchased.
The company also declared a quarterly dividend of 41 per common share, payable on June 10 to shareholders of record on May 13. The ex-dividend date is May 11.
With DuPont shares closing at $55.06 on Tuesday, the dividend yields 2.98%.
