Tompkins Financial Corporation (NYSE Amex: TMP) announced today that its Board of Directors approved payment of a regular quarterly cash dividend of $0.34 per share, $1.36 annualized.
The dividend is payable on May 16, 2011, to common shareholders of record on May 6, 2011, with an ex-dividend date of May 4, 2011.
