Wyndham Worldwide Corporation (NYSE: WYN) reported Q1 EPS of $0.44, $0.04 better than the analyst estimate of $0.40. Revenue for the quarter came in at $952 million versus the consensus estimate of $962.51 million.
Increases FY2011 EPS outlook from $2.05 - $2.15 to $2.15-$2.25, versus the consensus of $2.12.
Wyndham's Board of Directors approved a $500 million increase to the share repurchase authorization.
