II-VI Inc. (Nasdaq: IIVI) reported Q3 EPS of $0.72, $0.19 better than the analyst estimate of $0.53. Revenue for the quarter came in at $130 million versus the consensus estimate of $121.07 million.

Sees Q411 EPS of $0.68 - $0.73, versus the consensus of $0.57. Also sees Q411 revenue of $129 - $134 million, versus the consensus of $129.52 million.

Sees FY11 EPS of $2.58 - $2.63, versus the consensus of $2.29. Also sees FY11 revenue of $500 - $505 million, versus the consensus of $489.63 million.
