Sohu.com Inc. (NASDAQ: SOHU) 9.9% HIGHER; reported Q1 EPS of $1.13, $0.17 better than the analyst estimate of $0.96. Revenue for the quarter came in at $174.4 million versus the consensus estimate of $168.8 million. Sohu.com Inc. sees Q211 EPS of $1.13-$1.18, versus the consensus of $1.10. Also sees Q211 revenue of $188-$193 million, versus the consensus of $183.36 million. Also reports a subsidiary, Changyou.com Limited (Nasdaq: CYOU), has recently entered into a definitive agreement with Shenzhen 7Road Technology Co., Ltd. under which it will acquire 68.258% of the equity of Shenzhen 7Road Technology Co., Ltd. and its affiliates, a reputable web-based game company in China. The acquisition will be made for approximately $68.26 million, plus additional variable cash consideration of up to a maximum of $32.76 million that is contingent upon the achievement of specified performance milestones through December 31, 2012.

(NASDAQ: ZSTN) 9% HIGHER; announces that its Chairman and CEO, Mr. Zhong Bo, has issued a letter to shareholders in response to short-seller allegations regarding the Company's operations, financial disclosure and transparency.
