ZST Digital Networks, Inc. (Nasdaq: ZSTN) 28.4% LOWER; shares are under pressure this morning following a negative report highlighting the company as a China stock fraud.

Select Comfort Corporation (NASDAQ: SCSS) 22.8% HIGHER; reported Q1 EPS of $0.30, $0.11 better than the analyst estimate of $0.19. Revenue for the quarter came in at $193.1 million versus the consensus estimate of $166.56 million. Raises its FY11 EPS guidance from $0.68-$0.74 to $0.85-$0.93, versus the consensus of $0.71.

Travelzoo Inc. (NASDAQ: TZOO) 21% HIGHER; reported Q1 EPS of $0.37, $0.09 better than the analyst estimate of $0.28. Revenue for the quarter came in at $37 million versus the consensus estimate of $33.4 million.

Biogen (Nasdaq: BIIB) 20.4% HIGHER; the company announced (on its Q1 conference call) its BG-12 multiple sclerosis pill returned strong results in a define trial.
