- SPDR S&P 500 (NYSE: SPY) up 1.38 percent to $133.12. U.S. markets are overall in the green today, following strong earnings reports from several big names, as well as existing home sales. Full-on bull, not the opening act at your local rodeo. We're talking Reventón. Apple (Nasdaq: AAPL) earnings are coming out post-market today, and earnings out of just about every other major name yesterday (AT&T, Wynn, Intel, IBM, Altria, etc.) is adding fuel to the fire. The CBOE is currently off 4 percent today.
- PowerShares DB US Dollar Index Bullish (NYSE: UUP) down 0.93 percent to $21.33. Investors aiming for gold, silver and other currencies and the U.S. dollar is slipping today.
