RBC Upgrades Rhino (RNO), CONSOL (CNX) to Outperform, Downgrades Cloud Peak (CLD) to Sector Perform

An analyst at RBC Capital revised investment ratings on several stocks in the Coal sector Thursday afternoon:

• upgraded Rhino Resource Partners (NYSE: RNO) from Sector Perform to Outperform, price target raised from $25 to $28
  
• upgraded CONSOL Energy (NYSE: CNX) from Underperform to Outperform, price target raised from $45 to $62
  
• downgraded Cloud Peak Energy (NYSE: CLD) from Outperform to Sector Perform, price target lowered from $26 to $25
