Barclays reiterates an 'Overweight' on Regeneron Pharma (NASDAQ: REGN), PT increased from $47 to $56.

Barclays analyst says, "We believe that upside potential for REGN has been underestimated and that various scenarios are favorably skewed in favor of brand antI-VEGF therapy...Medicare claims data suggests that Avastin CV safety may be inferior to brand Lucentis and in the event of inferiority of Avastin data on either VA, safety or PRN dosing we would see upside potential to at least $78/share. We estimate base support from the Sanofi (NYSE: SNY) partnered MAb pipeline at $24/share in the unlikely event that VTE doesn't gain approval...Greatest pipeline focus beyond VTE was on PCSK9 mAb REGN727 with single dose 60% LDL reduction and with multi-dose data possible by YE11."
