ADTRAN Inc. (Nasdaq: ADTN) reported Q1 EPS of $0.52, $0.06 better than the analyst estimate of $0.46. Revenue for the quarter came in at $165.52 million versus the consensus estimate of $162.63 million.

ADTRAN's Board of Directors declared a cash dividend of $0.09 per common share, $0.36 annualized.
