Needham analyst says, "Cancer continues to be an area of key focus in biotechnology. Targeted therapy, monoclonal antibodies, second generation antibodies, and active immunotherapy/cancer vaccines continue to be areas of active interest in drug development. In this report, we highlight recent presentations from the 10th Annual Needham Healthcare Conference. We expect our oncology/hematology companies under coverage to have significant newsflow in 2H11, thus providing investors with a buffet of potential milestones from which to choose.
