The Fastenal Company (Nasdaq: FAST) has declared a quarterly dividend of $0.26 per common share.
The company, which previously declared semi-annual dividends, said it "expects that it will begin paying a quarterly cash dividend in the foreseeable future..."
The dividend is payable April 28, 2011 to shareholders of record at the close of business on April 12, 2011. The ex-dividend date is April 8, 2011.
Yield on the dividend is 1.5 percent.
