After rising 10 percent Thursday on news the of a bill introduced that will seek to cut the U.S.'s reliance on China rare earth metals, shares of Molycorp, Inc. (NYSE: MCP) are adding another 2.6 percent this morning and have crossed above $70 per share level.
Rare Element Resources Ltd. (AMEX: REE) is up 1 percent after rising 16 percent Thursday.
