Goldman Sachs raised estimates and its price target on Constellation Brands (NYSE: STZ) but is keeping its Neutral rating following Q4 results and guidance.
The firm raised FY12 EPS estimates by $0.15 to $2.20. They also raised FY13 EPS from $2.10 to $2.42 and FY13 from $2.36 to $2.84. The price target goes from $21 to $23.
The firm said while they continue to have concerns about softness in the company's US wine sales, they have underestimated the potential for EPS upside stemming from a much improved financial profile.
