This report is an intraday check of some of the more notable stocks that have hit a 52-week high or low so far today.

- Molycorp, Inc. (NYSE: MCP) high of $68.64. Rare earths seeing another up day following the introduction of a new bill by Colorado Congressman Mike Coffman which "seeks to curtail dangerous reliance on China for critical materials." Shares of Molycorp moved 10.6 percent higher to its all-time high today.
- Bed Bath & Beyond, Inc. (Nasdaq: BBBY) high of $55.17. After the market closed yesterday, reported fourth-quarter earnings results. Bed Bath & Beyond posted EPS of $1.12 on revs of $2.50 billion, versus consensus EPS of $0.97 and revs of $2.24 billion. Bed Bath & Beyond also sees first-quarter EPS of $0.58 - $0.51, versus consensus EPS of $0.60.
- Pier 1 Imports, Inc. (NYSE: PIR) high of $11.73. Pier 1 reports first-quarter EPS of $0.48 with revs of $426.6 million, compared to consensus EPS of $0.47 and revs of $425.59 million. Additionally, comparable store sales increased 8.9 percent. Pier 1 is up 11.3 percent to the new 52-week high today, close to the highest point its been in nearly five years.
- Immunogen Inc. (Nasdaq: IMGN) high of $12.03. This morning, GlaxoSmithKline (NYSE: GSK) and XenoPort report that the U.S. FDA has approved Horizant (gabapentin enacarbil) Extended-Release Tablets for the treatment of moderate-to-severe primary Restless Legs Syndrome in adults. T-DM1 consists of ImmunoGen's DM1 cancer cell-killing agent attached using the co linker to the HER2-targeting antibody, trastuzumab, developed by Genentech.
- Express Inc. (Nasdaq: EXPR) high of $20.54. Express priced a 20 percent larger offering at $19 per share.
- Quantum Fuel Systems Technologies Worldwide Inc. (Nasdaq: QTWW) low of $3.17. From an SEC filing today, Quantum's senior lender demanded payment of $500,000 (for an aggregate demand of $1,000,000) of principal due under the promissory note referred to in the Company's financial statements and notes to financial statements as "Term Note B." The Company exercised its contractual right to satisfy the payment demands in shares of its common stock and thereby delivered 114,448 shares on April 4, 2011, and will deliver 117,082 shares on April 11, 2011, in payment of each respective demand.
- A123 Systems, Inc. (Nasdaq: AONE) low of $5.818. Volatility and volume have been up on A123 since announcing a dilutive 18 million common and $125 convertible Senior Notes offering. The stock is off 24.5 percent since the announcement at the end of March.
- Ascent Solar Technologies, Inc. (Nasdaq: ASTI) low of $1.55. Shares have been getting pummeled this month, following an announcement that Ascent Solar's CEO is stepping down. Ascent Solar shares down about 41 percent since then. Ascent Solar is also trading at all-time lows.
