Oxford Lane Capital Corp. (Nasdaq: OXLC) has declared a dividend of $0.50 per share, $2.00 annualized.

The dividend will be payable on June 30, 2011 to stockholders of record as of June 16, 2011. The ex-dividend date is June 14, 2011.

Yield on the dividend is 10.8 percent.
