Leerink Swann upgraded Allergen (NYSE: AGN) from Market Perform
to Outperform. Valuation $82-83.
Leerink analyst says, "We are upgrading AGN based on (1) this morning's MEDACorp migraine survey results which suggest enthusiasm for use of Botox in chronic migraine (CM) consistent with the pre-launch survey; (2) bullish conversations with managed care medical directors on Botox CM demand and their lack of plans to push for therapeutic substitution with Xalatan generics; (3) cont'd strong U.S. ophthalmology Rx & pricing trends; (4) solid aesthetic mkt trends; and (5) sustained enthusiasm among MEDACorp urology specialists for Botox in iOAB."
