FBR Capital reiterates an 'Outperform' on Imperial Holdings (NYSE: IFT).

FBR analyst says, "We reiterate our rating on shares of Imperial based on our expectations for growth in premium finance loan originations and structured settlement transactions in FY2011 which we expect to be more profitable as the company deploys equity capital. While no specific data points regarding 1Q11 results were provided, we note management commented positively on margin and volume trends. FY2010 results were as expected and mark an end to higher cost funding of premium financings and a beginning to Imperial's capital deployment program. We believe IFT shares will benefit as the company resumes originating premium finance loans with improved profitability."

"We believe our FY11 EPS estimate of $1.85 and FY12 EPS of $2.30 are inline with these expectations."
