Oxford Industries (OXM) Tops Q4 EPS by 1c; Guides Q1, FY11; Raises Dividend 18%

Oxford Industries Inc. (NYSE: OXM) reported Q4 EPS of $0.32, $0.01 better than the analyst estimate of $0.31. Revenue for the quarter came in at $157 million versus the consensus estimate of $154.84 million.

Sees Q1 2011 revenue of $200-$210 million, versus the consensus of $198 million.

Sees FY2011 EPS of $1.95-$2.05, versus the consensus of $1.90. Sees FY2011 revenue of $725-$740 million, versus the consensus of $704.8 million.

Raises quarterly dividend 18% to 13 cents per share, 52 cents annualized. The dividend is payable on April 29, 2011 to shareholders of record as of the close of business on April 15, 2011. The ex-dividend date is April 13. The yield is 2.1%.
