FBR Capital maintains an 'Outperform' on Oracle (NASDAQ: ORCL), raises PT from $38 to $40.

FBR analyst says, "Last night, Oracle reported a solid quarter with upside to revenues, software licenses, margins, and EPS. In the quarter, Oracle’s software business was strong as software license growth accelerated impressively to 29% YOY. Software license upside was fueled by both database and middleware (DBMW) and applications. Oracle also continues to exceed operating margin expectations due to disciplined cost management and as it realizes cost synergies at Sun."
