Canaccord Genuity maintains a 'Buy' on Gildan Activewear (NYSE: GIL), PT $35.
Canaccord analyst says, "Earlier this week we had the opportunity to visit Gildan’s operations in Honduras. Overall we came away with a positive view of the company’s growth prospects and cost-reduction initiatives, which we believe will support earnings growth over the course of our forecast period. However elevated cotton costs could lead to near-term headwinds...We believe Gildan’s longer-term cost reduction initiatives should support margins, while capacity expansion appears ready to add to the top line."
