Goldman Sachs downgraded Agrium (NYSE: AGU) from Neutral to Sell and sees 10 percent downside to their $81 price target.

The firm is positive on long-term growth potential in both Retail and Potash, but they expect the cyclical downturn in Nitrogen will drive downward earnings revisions. The firm's 2012 EPS is 5% below the consensus.
