US stocks are indicated sharply higher this morning despite airstrikes over the weekend in Libya and higher oil prices. Investors appear to be taking more solace in positive developments from Japan in the nuclear crisis in addition to AT&T's (NYSE: T) $39 billion deal to acquire T-Mobile.

Dow futures are up 120, the Nasdaq 100 is up 28.50 and the S&P 500 is up 16.

Crude is up $2.00 to $103.07.
