The Goldman Sachs Group, Inc. (NYSE: GS) reports that H. Lee Scott will not stand for re-election to their Board of Directors.
The decision is the "result of increasing time requirements associated with his other commitments."
Scott was Wal-Mart's (NYSE: WMT) third CEO from 2000 - 2009. He continues to serve as a member of the Strategic Planning and Finance Committee.
Scott has been a director of Goldman Sachs since 2010.
