Education Realty Trust Inc. (NYSE: EDR) announces the $23 million acquisition of two collegiate housing communities adjacent to the University of Virginia.
The communities — Wertland Square and Jefferson Commons — are currently 100% occupied and 100% pre-leased for the 2011/2012 academic year.
