NYSE Euronext (NYSE: NYX) shares are off session highs but rising in late-session trading as Bloomberg is reporting that Nasdaq (Nasdaq: NDAQ) could be in talks with IntercontinentalExchange (NYSE: ICE) on a possible bid for the NYSE.
