Gleacher & Co. maintains a 'Buy' on Oracle (NASDAQ: ORCL), PT $38.
Gleacher analyst says, " In our view, the overall enterprise IT spending environment remains resilient, and ORCL is well positioned to benefit from current positive spending trends around major IT infrastructure investments and large-scale new business initiatives. Hence, we expect ORCL to post solid F3Q results driven by all major product segments, including both of its core database and applications businesses. Also, we expect its Exadata sales to remain strong and be a key driver for its hardware revenue growth and margin expansion."
"We are raising our F3Q license revenue estimate near the top of its guidance range to reflect our view that its business remains strong. Our F3Q non-GAAP EPS estimate has also been raised by a penny to $0.50, which is at the top of its guidance range."
