RC2 Corporation (Nasdaq: RCRC) 10% HIGHER; TOMY Company, Ltd. is acquiring RC2 for a total consideration of $640 million in cash, which will be completed through a tender offer. The deal is valued at $27.90 per RCRC share. Completion is expected in Q211.
